Steps for linking with LINE
Log in to your account.
Tap the red frame in the upper left corner of the smartphone screen.

Tap Login at the bottom of the menu.

Login screen and account creation
The login screen will be displayed.
If you already have an account, please log in using your registered email address and password.
*If you have not yet registered as a member of the online shop, please register by clicking [Create an account] in the red box on the screen and then set up the connection.

■ What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is a payment service provided by "Shopify," the system our store uses.
*While it can be used at our store, the operating company is different from ours.
By registering for Shop Pay, you can skip entering shipping and credit card information for future purchases, and complete payments smoothly by simply entering a 6-digit code sent via SMS.

Can I cancel, return or exchange an item?
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations of orders after the product has been shipped. You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

Regarding receipts, we will use the cash-on-delivery receipt issued by the shipping company attached to the invoice in place of the receipt.

Regarding refusal of delivery when paying by cash on delivery
If the recipient of a product shipped via cash on delivery is unable to receive it, is absent for a long period of time, or refuses to accept it, the product will be returned to us.
In this case, regular return shipping fees (cash on delivery) will be charged for each item, and we will incur losses such as the cost of packaging materials and time spent on return procedures, in addition to the round-trip shipping fees.
Therefore, if the product is returned to us due to reasons such as refusal (rejection) of the COD payment without a valid reason or expiration of the storage period, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee, COD handling fee, packaging materials and return handling fee, and we will not accept any future orders from you.

About returns and exchanges
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, etc. However, we will return or exchange the product only in the following cases.
1. The item you ordered is different from the contents and quantity.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. We may not be able to accept returns after the product has been used, even if there is an error in the content of the product.
