This is a vintage-style color customization that has been aged to give the leather a unique texture that changes over time, even though it is new.

Please note that custom products may take anywhere from six months to over a year to be delivered.
●About leather color
Because it is a natural material, some areas are more easily dyed and some are less easily dyed depending on the leather. For color customization, the fabric is "dyed" after production, so there may be some unevenness in the color.

How long does it take to receive the order?
Can I cancel, return or exchange an item?
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations of orders after the product has been shipped. We can only accept cancellations of orders before the product has been shipped.
If you wish to return the product for your own reasons, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the product you ordered is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [otoiawase@kanaduya.com] or LINE within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you regarding the return/exchange method.
Can you issue a receipt?
Additionally, if you register as a free member , you can print receipts for shipped orders from My Page.
Customers who order by cash on delivery
Regarding receipts, we will use the cash-on-delivery receipt issued by the shipping company attached to the invoice in place of the receipt.

Nekopos: 350 yen nationwide (limited to eligible products)

Standard delivery: 2-4 days
Nekopos: 3 days to 1 week *If the delivery address is far away or on a remote island, it may take longer.
* Regarding pre-order items
If you purchase a pre-order item and a regular item in the same cart, the items will be shipped as soon as all items are available, so they will be shipped according to the item with the latest shipping date.

This is a payment service provided by the online shopping system "Shopify." Paidy is a deferred payment service that allows you to shop without a credit card, just by entering your email address and mobile number. Multiple purchases can be paid for together by the 27th of the following month.
Payment Method
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Payde.
You can check your billing details and usage status on myPaidy (an account automatically created when you use Paidy for the first time).
Payday will send you an email and SMS with details of your bill around the 3rd of the month following your use. Please confirm the details and pay by the 27th of the month following your use using one of the following methods.

Regarding refusal to receive cash on delivery payments
If the recipient of a product shipped via cash on delivery is unknown, absent for an extended period of time, or the recipient refuses to receive the product, the product will be returned to us.
In this case, regular return shipping fees (cash on delivery) will be charged for each item, and our company will incur losses such as shipping costs, packaging materials, and time spent on return procedures.
Therefore, if the product is returned to us due to reasons such as refusal (rejection) of COD delivery without a valid reason or expiration of the storage period, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee, COD handling fee, packaging materials and return handling fee, and will not accept any future orders from you.
*Even if a product is marked as free shipping, we will cover the shipping costs, so we will charge you the actual shipping cost.
*This also applies if the product cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an unknown address.

Preventing fraudulent use of credit cards
In order to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, we may take the following measures. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the "orderer's name" and the "card holder's name" are different, we may ask you to verify your identity (by email or phone).
- In addition, if the order is not made under your name and we are unable to contact you within a certain period of time, we may cancel the order.

About membership registration
If you register as a member, you can shop more conveniently. You can check your past order history, print receipts, and register multiple delivery addresses on My Page. There is no registration fee, annual fee, renewal fee, etc. for membership registration.
Cancellation, return and exchange
Cancelling your order
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations of orders after the products have been shipped. We can only accept cancellations of orders before they are shipped.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If you contact us more than 7 days after the product arrives
- If the product is damaged or soiled during use
- In the case of customer's convenience, such as the product being different from the image or the quantity being incorrect
- In the case of products made from natural materials, regarding the presence or absence of knots or uneven color
However, we will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
The contents and quantity of the product you ordered are different from what you ordered.
If there is a mistake in the product you ordered, please contact us via the email form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you regarding the return/exchange method.
The product was defective (broken, scratched, soiled)
After receiving your contact, we will check whether a replacement product is available and whether there are any problems with the replacement product. Once you return the product, we will check the defective part and send you a replacement product.
*Inquiries regarding product returns, exchanges, etc. will only be accepted via email or telephone.

Even for products with free shipping, shipping charges will be incurred and must be paid by our store to the shipping company. In this case, we will charge you the total amount including both the round-trip shipping fee and handling fee.
In mail order sales, the intention to purchase and pay for the product is assumed at the time of ordering, the Mail Order Sales Act comes into effect, and both parties assume responsibility for sales and purchases.
