Log in to your account .

Tap Edit Account Info at the bottom of the screen.

Please enter information such as "date of birth," "gender," "industry," and "furigana."
Tap "Update account information."

To prevent fraudulent use, your date of birth cannot be edited once registered.
Please be careful not to make any mistakes.

Customers who order by cash on delivery
Regarding receipts, we will use the cash-on-delivery receipt issued by the shipping company attached to the invoice in place of the receipt.

Shipping will be from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you purchase pre-ordered items and regular items in the same cart, they will be shipped as soon as all the items are ready, so they will be shipped according to the item with the latest shipping date.

Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post

*Orders in the "Courier" category will be shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express, and orders in the "Nekopos" category will be shipped via We will ship by Nekopos.
