Back in stock notification feature is now available.
A restock notification feature is now available on our online store.
If an item you want is out of stock, you can sign up for a "restock notification" and we'll notify you by email when the item is back in stock.
Until now, you may have missed out on a product because you didn't know when it would arrive in stock, but from now on, you will be notified when it arrives in stock, making shopping even more enjoyable.
(Note) This is not an order reservation function, so you will need to place your order after receiving the "Restock Notification Email."
How to use the restock notification (image is an example for a smartphone)
① Tap the "Restock Notification" button on the product page
*The restock notification button will only be displayed if the item is out of stock.
②Enter the email address to which you would like to receive notifications and tap the [Notify] button.
③When the product you wish to be notified about becomes back in stock, you will receive a notification at the email address you registered.
If you are using a mobile phone email address or a free email address, emails from our store may be automatically marked as spam or rejected depending on your settings. If you do not receive emails from our store, please check your settings to reject the domain [@kanaduya.shop].
④You can also receive restock notifications via LINE.
If the following three conditions are met, you will receive a restock notification on LINE in addition to an email.
- You are creating an account
- Your account is linked to LINE
- Register the same email address as your account for restock notifications
You can check whether your account is linked to LINE if it says [Linked] at the top of your My Page.
Announcement
- Even if you request a restock notification, it does not necessarily mean that the item will be restocked. Some items may be out of stock or may no longer be available.
- Please note that a restock notification request is not a reservation. It is intended to notify you when an item is back in stock, and cannot guarantee the item.
